The Cardassians Are Here....

With the Tension between the Federation officers on DS19 and the Cardassian Union escalating over the last months , Starfleet and Central command have come up with a Solution they believe will help calm the waters . Star fleet has ordered a young Lieutenant to report to DS19 to serve as a Ambassador.

Silence is all that can be heard throughout the entire station as the "Cardassian ship" Docks on DS19.
This is the first Cardassian Ship that has been allowed to dock for months and due to the new set of orders that came down from starfleet command leaving the station commanders hands tied they were forced to cooperate.

a slight hiss can be heard as the the shuttle bay doors decompress and open.
Then out of the Dark shadows of the Cardassian steps into the DS19 Lieutenant J.G Mollsen a young cardassian Starfleet Officer chosen to serve as a ambassador.
But then all of a sudden behind her steps into the light....Gul Corak.

Gul Corak Looks around slowly and takes in a deep breath as though he is remembering something from the past " just like coming home " he says with a coy smile. " things have changed a bit since I had command of this station " Corak pushes past the small crowd and makes his way into the main part of the station.

Lieutenant Mollsen stands at the entrance watching the Gul, she then turns her Attention to the Commanding star fleet officer and says "

Lieutenant J.G Kendra Mollsen Reporting for duty sir Permission to come aboard

  1. NOTE THIS LOG MUST NOT BE USED ICCLY IT IS JUST HERE FOR BACKGROUND REFFRENCE. UNLESS PRIOR PERMISSION IS GIVEN BY THE LOGS OWNER LANGY MOORLORD.

From the personal log of gul corak commanding the C.U Isbanudd en rout to ds19
I am not a hard cardassian I simply believe in enforcing the natural order of things, cardassians were born to rule.
And if this new “diplomat” is as capable as she seems I imagine this assignment will prove less interesting than babysitting a bajoran labour camp, at least there I would have had something to do.
What were the assembly thinking sending me back here, this is the work of //NAME REMOVED FROM LOG BY UNDEFINED USER//
With the dominion war over and things back home settling down I fear an old solder such as my self will die idle never having reached my rightful place.
Still the station has an air of nostalgia about it, I wonder if that ferengi still keeps black knar, I expect the bajorans will be happy to see their old gul, how I miss the way they looked up to me, we should have never left bajor, and diplomacy may just be the foot hold of the future we need.

  2. (Note: This log is in character.)

    Lieutenant Johnson's personal log.

"After being on the Station for the past few months, I find myself with more responsibility than I had when I was assigned to the Gibraltar. But, it's about to get a little more complicated. Word from above is we've got Cardassian's moving in. Now, I'm not a huge fan of them but I certainly know what they're capable of. I just hope Command do aswell.

This new young officer, Mollsen or what ever her name is, she's got a good record. I'm looking forward to working with her - even though she's Cardassian - but I've also gotten a file on this Gul Corak. From what I've read //ANONYMOUS SOURCE// this Corak fella was a nasty piece of work but he's settled down. I wonder how we'd deal with a 26yo Andorian.

Anyway, my duties are to assist them with that they need and get them integrated with Station policy. I just hope they take to it."
