Happy New Year!

Absalom West's log, January 1st:  What a hangover. But it was worth it.  :-)

We wanted to throw a nice party with all our friends and we had a great time.

Amidst music and dancing, silly hats and noise makers, fireworks and silver balls dropping, drinking and more drinking, we talked about all the good things that happened to us in 2014. And computers. We talked a lot about computers. God we're nerds.  :-)  But most importantly, we were together with our friends sharing wonderful memories.

To everyone that spent some time with us and helped make 2014 a great year, THANKS!

And may 2015 be twice as good!

Happy New Year!!!!

Seeing The New Year In

Head thumping, Aspirin dissolving in a glass of water, it can only mean one thing, PARTY!!!

The winter wonderland set in Phoenix Stations holodeck was used to see the new year in. Dave Fearguis placed various time zoned count clocks attached with fireworks around the scene which triggered when they hit zero with a display of fireworks.

There were also balloons secured in a net in the ceiling and at the appropriate time were released dropping to the dance floor below.

Many revelers partied for hours across multiple timezones to see in the new year in at the GFC.
