Living in the matrix that is second life you do notice the odd software glitches here an there. There was one I noticed the other day when I was about to use the turbo lift in ajax.
If you remember the star trek voyager episode when Neelix and Tuvok somehow merged into one and in the process created an new individual they called "Tuvix". From the looks of it we seem to have our own version of this when somehow on my screen Sereana Westland and and Dustin Sunflower merged to create "Dustland" a totally new individual, of course there is the issue of this entity being stuck in the turbo lift floor but I'm sure they have as much rights as any transport mangled life form.
