Another sad day in the GFC

I have been a member of the GFC now for nearly 5 months, met some wonderful people and seen alot of wonderful people leave.
I could never understand why my friends wanted to leave such a nice, very friendly place until now.
I created this blog  for the GFC not for myself to say hi look at me I am here as was said to me today in the sandbox but to get the name out there and encourage people to come to sl and join our group.
But unfortunately  there are some out there that don't want this even though its a success and I know that the people who want to reject the blog are reading it themselves.
This is a message to them and to the good people who read the blog,  the blog was away to get things done in the GFC that others have failed to do, this blog being a success is that wrong, should I give up and just leave.
or should I stay and stick it out.
would like comments good or bad.

  3. Debby, don't leave... this blog is a testimony to what cooperation can do. If people are jealous, then that's sad, but that's their problem. Keep on doing what you do well... as we'll keep writing and reading this blog :)

  4. Never give up Deb! If you do, then the idiots win. You just keep doing what you are doing. You are one of the most known faces and names now in GFC. Alot of our members look up to you and love you for who you are and what you've done for GFC. Don't let a few nay sayers chase you off! Your to important to our GFC Family to lose you!!

  5. As Jimmy said above..the mute function is one of the best functions has to offer. The past few weeks since my return have been filled with joy through reconnecting with old friends and the making of new friends. As i said to you in world and i repeat them here in full public view. People are jealous of ideas that work, jealous of the fact they did not create them, jealous of friendship and the power that it creates.

I leave this comment with a quote from the man himself "Eugene Wesley Roddenbury"

"If man is to survive, he will have learned to take a delight in the essential differences between men and between cultures. He will learn that differences in ideas and attitudes are a delight, part of life's exciting variety, not something to fear."

  6. Free speech is right considered to be almost Universal in this day and age. Certainly in the future which we at GFC aspire to portray free speech is at least guaranteed on Earth?
